- Transformer Services

IETS can provide skilled and trained engineers and technicians to meet
your maintenance, service and repair needs. We perform transformer installation, site equipment inspections, electrical testing, minor and
major field repairs, routine maintenance and transformer oil
handling and processing services.
- Project Management

IETS can provide solutions to your power project
needs. From "greenfield" hi-yard substations to bring your plant a less
expensive primary power rate alternative to new substation feasibility
designs and installations for upcoming plant expansions. IETS can
provide complete turn-key projects or work with a customer's plant
personnel to provide whatever level of involvement you need.
- Training

IETS Provides electrical safety training to
several of our customers. This training can be held at the customer's
site and can be specially tailored to the customers' equipment and
distribution safety.
- PCB Services
-
Many plants still find themselves with PCB
equipment they need to dispose of. IETS field service engineers are
trained in the proper OSHA Hazwopper/ EPA regulations and procedures.
Our Field Service Engineers have done many of the PCB retrofits in the large
automotive and steel plants in Upstate New York. Our experience and
familiarity in this business and planning for the necessary
contingencies is what differentiates us from our competitors.

LV Substation/Switchgear Services
- IETS performs maintenance contracts for several
large manufacturing and power generation plants. Every
manufacturer of LV/MV breaker, relay, starter, switch and transformer
has been serviced by our experienced staff of Field Service Engineers
and Technicians. We will customize a maintenance plan, after
thoroughly understanding your distribution system, or review/quote to
your existing maintenance procedure specifications. We would be pleased to
review your maintenance plan and offer any suggestions we feel may be
beneficial.
- HV Substation/Hi Yard Services

One of IETS' strengths is in the maintenance,
upgrade and repair of HV Substation/Hi Yard equipment. Our past
experience has prepared our engineers to test and repair a multitude of Hi
Yard components such as OCB's, SFG Breakers and transformers. All of our
engineers are experienced in the utility based testing procedures required on
this type of equipment.
- Power System Engineering

IETS engineers can provide, upgrade or modify
any of the power system needs you may have. From performing protective
device and short circuit studies to make sure your system interrupts as
intended, to power factor/transients/harmonics issues that may be
costing unnecessary unity power or production loss costs. All of these
studies, including Arc Flash studies, will not only keep you in
compliance with insurance providers, but will also offer the level of
safety protection your employees and company deserve.
